Hotels near Ulaanbaatar Central Mall, Ulaanbaatar

Great location. Breakfast included. Nice cafe downstairs. Right next to Gobi cashmere.

We stayed here after a 7 day tour in the Gobi. It was amazing! The minute you walk in it feels like a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. The room was very spacious, clean and modern, the bathroom was amazing especially after not showering for 7 days. It had great water pressure and was so hot. The beds were super comfy too. We wished we could stay there for more than one night, but we had to leave the next day. You should stay here!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was top-notch; the room was spotless every day and felt truly cared for. Highly impressed and would definitely return!

Breakfast - perfect Location - pertect

Good location. Room was very comfortable and well organized.

Everything is done to perfection

Nice mix of local culture and foreign comfort. Most other guests were internationals..

The location was perfect. We only stayed for a night for our flight back but the service of the staff upon arrival and departure was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable room and bed. The concierge helped us on our taxi to the airport for our 3am schedule and even gave us take away breakfast. The real hospitality of Mongolians.❤️ Thank you very much sir.

The City Tower Hotel is very central and convenient to see the city sights.

Rooms are clean and nice. The staff is extremely helpful and will accommodate your travel needs. Location is great, right in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend to all!!

Hotel is located on a quiet car free street just minutes away from tourist sites. Most of the staff spoke English and if someone was there who didn't speak English they would call someone who did. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel

Ella, the girl working at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was pleasant, she had answers to all our questions and in the morning she made sure that an excellent Taxi was waiting for us to take us to the airport.

Loved the boutique feel and the art around the hotel, a very nice touch. No lift, but the doormen were lovely and ready to help! The room felt spacious and clean ~ lots of places to put things, and the balcony was nice too. I had the buffet breakfast in the morning with a nice selection of foods, which was delicious! Location was good, walking distance to the square, approx 15 mins, but options were endless

I like that the owner was very nice to let me cancel the rest of my stay when I asked through the booking.com messenger. She understood that I was not comfortable with the room and had to move to another hotel. I also liked the location. The room was also really warm.

Clean, efficient staff, central, good value for money

Location, value, clean - nice breakfast

We stayed at the Ibis and couldnt sleep at all. The Novotel was a welcome change. We regretted not booking the Novotel for all our nights in UB. The room was clean, spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and best of all you didnt hear noise form the outside which was a huge problem at the IBIS.

First of all the kindness of the personnel and Mongolian people in overall must be mentioned. The location is good, just 15-20 minutes walk to the very center, via a straight road. The room was clean and beds were comfortable with good mattresses. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel organises airport transfers, our driver was very responsible and never made us wait.

The hotel is the best value for your money. Breakfast had a variety of good, delicious food served by friendly staff. The location is also convenient, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. You can walk to the main historical and cultural attractions of the city on foot. It is located near some of the best restaurants in town, including Indian and Japanese, as well as numerous convenience stores. Additionally, there are high-end cashmere flagship stores are nearby. The hotel is a very good value for your money. The rooms were very clean and serviced very well. The bed is very comfortable with good-quality soft sheets. The bed mattress was perfectly comfortable. We received much more service and a comfortable stay for the money we paid. One of the best hotels in Mongolia in terms of value for the money, trained staff, location, and facilities. The rooms had new and quiet air conditioning, which kept us cool throughout our stay.
