An Exceptional Stay – 10/10
I had a truly wonderful experience at the Kempinski Hotel in Ulaanbaatar during my participation in COP17. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
The hotel is elegant, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long and busy days at the conference.
I especially appreciated the hotel’s excellent support and cooperation with COP17 delegates. The staff were very well organized, helpful, and attentive to the needs of participating delegations. They made transportation to and from the COP17 venue smooth and convenient, which made a real difference during a very busy conference schedule.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. The level of service, organization, and hospitality exceeded my expectations.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely choose Kempinski again whenever I return to Ulaanbaatar and would highly recommend it, particularly for business travelers and international conference delegates.
A truly excellent stay — 10/10!
