Reservation must be guaranteed through a valid credit card (Netcard not accepted) upon its confirmation.
Abiding to Macao Special Administrative Region immigrations law no 16/2021 guests are required to provide the valid arrival card issued while clearing immigration, if the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.
The cardholder must be a hotel check-in guest. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking upon check in. Hotel does not accept third-party payment for guarantee or prepayments is not accepted.
Guests are kindly requested to provide guests' full names in English which state on valid travel documents at the time of booking. Other languages are unacceptable.

A damage deposit of HK$ 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
