Gorgeous Sea View apartment Located in the town of Carbet in Martinique, on the 3rd floor of a small residence, is a flat type F3 fully air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and fridge and oven MO, washing machine, TV, WiFi, etc. The residence is located on the beach, so to swim just walk down and you're on the beach. The waves will lull you as you take a drink on the terrace. You can dine in the many restaurants and bars located on the famous beach of Carbet. Also, a bakery / pastry shop is located at the foot of the building. A little further away is a small supermarket. Ideally placed for all holiday styles, you can rest there, sunbathing, water sports, taste Creole cuisine, discover the mountain and its flora, etc. Seasonal rental only Apartment acquired and developed very recently. Rental cars to offer with air conditioning: > Renault - Clio 5 doors > Peugeot - 3008 SUV > Hyundai - Tucson SUV
