A newly converted townhouse ideal to explore the island. Located in Fontana, just 1.3km from Citadella, Id-Dar tar-Rizzi provides accommodation with outdoor terrace facilities and free Wifi. The fully air conditioned holiday home is composed of 2 separate bedrooms (1 of which has 2 double beds and an ensuite), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Furthermore a flat screen TV including Netflix is also provided in the living. A washing machine and clothes drier are also available. The semi detached property enjoys country views and sea views including breath taking sunsets. The property is also perfect for children as it includes a high chair and a baby bed. Guest will have the entire residential property. Access is directly from the road and street parking is available adjacent to the property.
Our aim is to welcome our guests in a luxury holiday home and also offer customised service and attention. We treat guests as individuals and provide friendly, professional service by going the extra mile to meet the requests of our guests. We strive to deliver unparalleled service for our esteemed guests during their stay in Gozo.
The place is in the heart if Fontana. One of the bedrooms enjoy views of the village parish church. The other bedroom enjoys views of the ever green Lunzjata Valley. Additional a place of interest - L-Ghajn tal-Hasselin (a sixteenth century irrigation system made up from stone gutters constantly bringing water from a spring situated in the part of the valley) is metres away from the property. The house can be accessed either by car or by bus. Street parking is also available. It is also within walking distance from Victoria centre.
