The apartment is in Luxia Residencial, located in the Ejidal neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, an area which is predominantly residential, near schools, parks, and the Centro Maya shopping mall. - 7-minute drive to the beach and the famous 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen’s city center. 5th Ave is one of the biggest tourist attractions lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique & souvenir shops & plenty of people-watching! - Vibrant shopping malls in town off 5th Ave like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegria & Calle Corazón plus boutique stores, international chains & more. - Closer to the apartment is Centro Maya shopping center which is about a 3-min drive. There you’ll find a big grocery store called Soriana, restaurants, cafes, shops, banks/ATMs, a Starbucks and more. - 2-min drive (.4 miles|700 meters) from the apartment is the famous underground cave restaurant in Playa called ALUX. For a small fee you get a drink and walk through to check it out or spend an evening dining there. It’s a definite must see when visiting the area. - You’ll find golf courses too like Hard Rock Riviera Maya or El Cameleon at Mayakoba golf courses within minutes drive.
