The fine print
All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.
Children 12 and older are considered additional adults and may apply.

Only one pet up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is allowed per room. This service incurs a fee of MXN 1500 per night (tax included). Guests wishing to stay with pets must notify the property in advance. Pets cannot be left alone in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, pool areas, the spa, the fitness center, or any other areas designated by hotel staff. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and must sign a waiver upon arrival.
