This is Villas Marlin! Welcome to the place where you can enjoy every sunrise from your bed and experience the best vacation in Cancun. Have a coffee, morning beach walk, relax under a Palapa and swim either at the ocean or at the pool! 2 Bedroom condo full equipped. Large and sandy beach where you can run. Walking distance from the best shopping malls and Restaurant. Cozy and spacious! Front ocean view terrace, each one has a sitting area. A very well distributed space for living and dining rooms, full kitchen with oven. Two full bathrooms. INTERIOR Bedroom 1) King Size bed, ocean view, air conditioning, fan, private bathroom. Bedroom 2) 1 Double Bed and 1 single bed, 1 additional mattress, fan, air conditioning, private bathroom. Living Room with a sofa bed, tv and great ocean view. Dinning Room with chairs for 6 people and ocean view. Fully Equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker. EXTERIOR Parking Swimming pool Beach Access Outdoor forniture You have free access to pool beach, and common areas. Shopping mall La Isla & Kukulcan, have an area for Luxury brands like Hermes, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera among others. Along Kukulcan Boulevard you will find Restaurants right by the lagoon to enjoy a special dinner. Driving downtown it is Puerto Cancun, a mall for a nice afternoon for movies, shopping and restaurants.

Villa Marlin has a convenience 24 hours store downstairs at street level, supermarket is walking distance across the street. Best shopping mall La Isla and Luxury Avenue at Kukulcan mall are walking distance. Best restaurants with different cuisines nearby, driving 10 minutes all night activity area and 20 minutes driving from downtown. Hotel Zone it has security 24 hours; you may walk or run along the boulevard. Transportation is very easy, bus & Taxis runs 24 hours along Hotel Zone Boulevard, e every 10-15 minutes (only one-way lane, each side). They will take you through the hotel zone to downtown Cancun City. You can also walk to the different destinations due to its proximity. In case you may need it, we can help you to rent a car.
