The property provided breakfast, the staff was lovely and even had a pool, I wished I was able to stay but unfortunately I was only there for a night. The rooms are absolutely beautiful.

Loved it but reorganize the breakfast area to allow a more evwn flow. People in the line waiting had the same complaint. But other than that, it was fantastic. Staff were friendly in all the areas ai visited. SPA was fantastic.

I have booked a room at Moon Palace Grand for my client, non...

I have booked a room at Moon Palace Grand for my client, non refundable room. So I have put my business VCC to be charged. But when my client came to the hotel, hotel refused to charge my VCC but charged the client at the spot and harassed whole family only because their billing department didn't work on Sundays., Also, they have charged her 10% more then originally booked price. So this hotel is really a FRAUD and I strongly recommend to avoid. The people at the reception are extremely rude and unprofessional, and and hanging on us on the phone many times now they're not picking up the phone anymore even when bkg.com calling them. AVOID!!!
