Location was great! Very close to the airport, breakfast was small but good enough

We appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the registration staff.

It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

We could have dinner in the room. The hotel is near the parking and terminal 2. The staff is amicable.

I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year.

Great place to relax. The sea view is amazing the pool is great. Our room was great, clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. Just what we needed for our last night of our holiday in Mexico and Cuba. It is just 10 minutes from the airport in the hotel minibus which is complimentary. There is a restaurant and bar on site also. 24 hour room service which was great as we were very tired. There is also a large shopping plaza opposite the hotel. The room, the bed, the staff were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect location if you have a night in between flights, Totally worth it because they also provide the transportation from and to the airport. Satisfying breakfast, clean comfortable rooms.

The staff were very helpful. We were stranded in Cancun due to Hurricane Rafael and our flight to Havana being cancelled. Carlos helped us contact authorities and airlines and we eventually found other flights. He extended our stay without us having to change rooms. We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Swimming Pool, restaurant open until 10pm, yummy food, very spacious room, very kind staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay after having arrived at the airport.

Very clean and comfortable rooms

The staff was friendly and attentive and worked very hard. The food and drinks were all high quality and very good. The room was comfortable. There were lots of areas to lie in the sun or the shade, depending on preference. There was no excessive noise at night. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All in all, a great experience.
