Proximity to the ado bus and great taco place to eat close by. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is close to all attractions in Cancun, the bus station, and the hotel zone. The staff was very kind and supportive. Breakfast was good, and the room size was exceptional! La Parrilla Restaurant with Mexican good and Mariachi is just steps away...Definitely a place to eat if you visit Cancun.

The staff, the hotel, and the location were incredible; you could feel the peace the moment you went into the hotel. They also have amazing yoga classes in the complex and delicious restaurants across the street. We will definitely return to Pachamaya.

Everything was perfect during my stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff, fluent in both English and Spanish, were very accommodating, allowing me to check into my room in the evening. The next morning, I had a delightful meal at the hotel's restaurant, which offers a variety of dishes on their menu. The room was exceptional, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

A paradise in the center of Cancun - cosy backyard with a pool, green trees and a fontaine. They also have an amazing breakfast! Highly recommend

The stay was great. Staff was great, especially Katya. On our first night there was rain and food delivery wasn’t working. Katya offered to go for some chinese food for us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter. Room was clean, location great. We had a nice time in Cancun.

I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful entrance and setting. My room was more than comfortable with an amazing mattress and pillows. The staff were so kind and helpful - even offered to help with my bag coming and going. This will be my go to stay when I'm in Cancun.

The property is typical Mexican hacienda, with pool and at best foot location to main spots in old town Cancun. You can feel the real vibe ob Mexican life, at the same time you are close to downtown or Puerto Juares. The room has ac, new brand tv, but we missed a fridge- oportunity for owners to invest in facility…. The staff, especially the lasy, was so kind and helpful. We needed a print of our boarding passes and she did it with pleasure free of charge. I highly recommend to real traveller, backpack traveller, whose culture is on the top of experience.
