Very clean and big apartment, free water refill in the reception. Restaurant on site was very good, had great cocktails and burritos, great view of the sunset. They have a big pool, looked very clean, the, were taking great care of the nature and facilities daily. There was plenty of free parking in front of the apartment. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, store is close and a few other restaurants, for the rest we drove (had a car). They had daily cleaning, offered free beach towels, hairdryer is at the front desk. We also did our laundry for a good price. The best part is very kind and helpful staff at the reception and also in the restaurant (thank you Ramiro and Gonzales).

Clean, best location for quiet sleep but close to all main attractions, so location is unbeatable. Very nice receptionists (all of them), I got my deposit back just as it was said, fair and correct. Room is great, bathroom too, recommend! Also, depends on what option you took but we had some drinks included. Anyways it's a very nice hotel.

I hate this place almost as much as my ex girlfriend!

I hate this place almost as much as my ex girlfriend! First it’s not expensive at $20 per person after they gave us gin & scotch! $1000US for a table is highway robbery!!! They also have a shooter girl who drinks shots and adds it to your bill! Any drinks outside the gin & scotch are really expensive. The butlers stole my wallet out of Andrea’s zipped up purse! 15000 pesos, 3 credit cards, 2 debit cards, 3 grams of blow and my health card from Canada 🇨🇦 Coco Bongos never go it’s a complete rip off!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. They'll try to overcharge you with free drinks and a table and inside there are no enough tables and they charge you again for the drinks. It was a terrible night where the staff and security people treated us poorly and laughed at us. The next night we went to Mandala Beach and we had a great time. Save your precious time and go directly there and avoid Coco Bongo.

don't let them pre open the bottles. they have fake seals and are watered down! we literally drank rum right out of the bottle like it was water.. if they could be honest about the booze it would eaisly be a 5/5 rating, but when they rip you off, you don't get the value for your money and its just poor business...

In the hotel, we found a spacious room, a comfortable bed, and a fridge. The supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff speak English whay is very useful. The location is perfect. Coco Bongo and other nightlife clubs are just around the corner. There is also an amazing white-sand beach right behind the hotel.

Very beautiful view, free sunbeds on the beach, close to big supermarket Súper Chedraui Selecto where you can find everything, even fresh cooked meals and bread. Also close to many restaurants, Coco Bongo and other big clubs. Even it is close to nightlife, we didn’t hear music in the night so we could sleep good.

Location decent, above variety of shops and 10min walk to coco bongo / the party strip. Internet was good Space of apartment decent. Self check in and out. And Midday check out Communicable area, kitchen had basics of what you needed (not a full set up but you might not need) Communication was very quick.
