This unique holiday home is located in the picturesque Noordwijk - Binnen, in a quiet street near the shops, restaurants and cafes. It is a farm house from 1928, completely renovated in 2020, with modern kitchen, bathroom, 2 full bedrooms, patio doors, double glazing and heating. The site can be reached via an alley and is located in a small courtyard behind the owner's house. Here has your own outside area with a large private terrace. The holiday home has a swing and some toys. The holiday home (90 m2) is entirely on the ground floor. The kitchen, sitting area and dining area are in 1 large room. The toilet and shower are in a separate room. The kitchen has 2 gas hobs, 2 ovens and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms at the back of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a possibility for an extra folding bed (up to 10 years) or a baby bed. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally. Parking is free in the street or the surrounding streets. Supermarket at 100 meters. Shopping street, beach and sea at 10 minutes walk. It's easy to rent a bike 200 meters from the house. All the big city's can be reached by car in 30 min.
We are a nice family with 3 children. We are happy to rent out our Finca Noordwijk to guests from all kinds of countries. It is very nice to help our guests have a nice stay in Noordwijk and the surrounding area. We always have great tips for trips, water sports, museums and cities in the area. We love the beach and surfing. Noordwijk is beautiful, als for hiking and walking tours.
This unique holiday home is located in the picturesque Noordwijk - Binnen, in a quiet street near the shops, restaurants and cafes. At 200 meters, in the old village center of Noordwijk, is a shopping street with a large supermarket and some local shops. There is also a possibility to rent bicycles near the holiday home, there are beautiful cycling routes and mountain bike trails. In 5 minutes you can cycle to Noordwijk aan Zee and the beach, where all amenities are available for a fun beach or shopping day. There are several restaurants and terraces on the boulevard. The entire bulb region is in bloom in the spring. You can enjoy the beautiful bulb fields in all kinds of colors in Noordwijk and the surrounding area. In the summer months there are various events and there is a weekly summer market. There is also an indoor swimming pool in Noordwijk with a water playground, cinema, mini golf, div. water sports, golf, horse riding and bowling. Enough museums and theme parks in the area and the various cities such as Leiden, Amsterdam and The Hague are easy to reach by car (max. 30 minutes) and public transport.
