Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg lets you experience the Heerlijkheden of the immediate area. You can relax here on your beautiful terrace with wide views over the polder landscape and water features that continue into the nature reserve Het Bokkegat. Het Bokkegat consists of forest, heathland, meadow and many different animal species. It is a breeding paradise for birds. In addition to the natural water features, there are additional water features in the park where you will be woken up by the birds in the morning. The area is characterized by peace, nature, walking and cycling paths and you are close to the Oosterschelde where you can wind or kite surf or just relax on a beach. In this area you return to the peace, away from the hustle and bustle and you can spend a lot of time outside with your loved ones or read a book or simply stare into space for a while... The cozy village of Wissenkerke is within cycling distance with a supermarket and a restaurant. The Sophia beach with restaurant is also easily accessible by bike. If you want to go to a larger beach with more facilities, the Banjaard beach is also very easy to reach. You can easily park your (electric) bike or car there. The cities of Middelburg and Goes are a 20-minute drive away and you can go shopping there to alternate the peace and quiet. The houses are all sustainably built and individually styled and laid out.
