Huset er bygget i 1860. Det har opprinnelig vært en gammel smie med hjulmakerverksted. Totalrenovert. Fremstår som nytt . Hører til en av Mandal sentrums største gårder.
Mine interesser er restaurering av gamle vernede hus. Hage og blomster.
Huset ligger like ved Mandal kirke. Stille og fredelig område i hjertet av Mandal. Enveisgate. Det er lekeplass 150 meter fra eiendommen. Dette er i vernesonen med gammel trehusbebyggelse.
