City based apartment, Queen bedroom and bathroom upstairs with living, dining and kitchen/laundry facilities downstairs. Compact and modern apartment within walking distance of the center of the city. Full kitchen facilities for your self catering stay in Christchurch. This is easy living in the heart of the City. Situated in central Christchurch CBD, the Apartment is conveniently located. It is right on the doorstep of Hagley Park, Christ’s college, Canterbury Museum and the world-famous Christchurch Botanical Gardens (5 minute walk). On the other side of the block, the apartment is a five minute walk to the Christchurch Art Gallery, CoCa, The Arts Centre, Fiddlesticks Bar & Restaurant, Rollickin’ Gelato, and the Boulevard Café. Nearby, there is also excellent shopping and many cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The neighbourhood is upmarket and safe to walk around at night.
