Easy to find, close to Christchurch. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Appreciated the car park. Can't comment on staff, only saw one person on check in and the office was locked when we checked out between 9.15 and 9.30.

Wonderfully restored period home. High quality detailed finishes throughout. Lovely host Julie friendly and helpful. Bus stop closeby if you need it (we had a car).
