We are proud to say that we specialize in holiday homes for any size of groups and families. All guests must agree to the property's terms and conditions, and sign the guest registration prior to arrival.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows to the private courtyard. Double internal access garaging with superb storage throughout emphasises the dynamic design. Walking distance to Westfield Mall along with many local bars and restaurants. Just a couple of minutes’ drive to Hagley Park, Canterbury University and the central city. You have location, sunshine, modern features, and smart decor in a lovely home in quiet Picton Ave close to Riccarton Rd. Set back at the rear of the section, this standalone home is a quality townhouse with attached double garage. Each house features four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two of which are ensuites.
