This quiet sunny unit is uniquely located down a long driveway, with a quiet cul de sac community vibe. This spacious 2 bedroom unit is family friendly and provides everything you need for your home away from home. Being centrally located in Hamilton East, you are within walking distance of Grey Street Restaurants and entertaining night life. Also, within 5minutes walk of The Waikato River walking tracks and bike tracks and the CBD. This is the perfect accommodation if you are attending business events or conferences or have 2 to 3 people needing a small place to base yourself. With plenty of off street parking available. We specialise in Family or group bookings, as we recognise how difficult it is to travel as a family or group in the usual motels. During your stay, you will have all the comforts of home. We can offer you and your family or group a base for you to explore all that the Waikato region has to offer.

Hamilton is centrally located to the main attractions in the Waikato Region, like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Avantidrome Cambridge, Cambridge Historic town, Claudelands Event Centre, Rugby at the FMG Waikato Stadium, cricket at Seddon Park, and rowing at Lake Karapiro. Hamilton is also an ideal base for any traveller who needs to visit other nearby towns or cities all within 1 to 2 hours away, like Auckland, Cambridge, Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga or Mount Maunganui, and Raglan. Please note: Parties and events are not allowed at the house.
