Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Beside the condo is the laundry shop, grocery store and pharmacy. Walking distance to food outlets.
Left side of the Condo bldg is Magallanes Residence. Right side is the BIR office. Front of Philhealth Office. Walking distance to Davao City Hall with food stations lining up. Near Cathedral Church, Osmena Park, Davao Doc Hospital, Illustre Mall, Gaisano Mall and 3km to Sm Ecoland. Very accessible to transportation. Trike and taxi just outside the Condo Bldg.
