Property info

This Condo is close to Downtown Baguio , very accessible to taxi and jeepneys. New Building , less than 10 years, has 3 elevators all the way to rooftop to basement where parking is. 24 hour guard duty and cctv on common areas.

Neighborhood info

Baguio City is known for its cold weather, that is what tourist want to feel when they come up here, bring sweaters and the most comfortable shoes when coming. The condo is walking distance to the popular attractions to downtown. If you want to explore the outskirt of Baguio, it is also possible since we are centrally located either exploring north to atok Benguet, to Asin Hot springs or to Itogon Benguet, Mines View etc. , just talk to taxi.
