We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the deposit is not settled as per due date. ============ Our humble space invokes the southern France vibe of calm and nonchalance as it compliments the characteristics of a nest - homey, secured, sense of belongingness. Our 24sqm condo unit can comfortably host a small group. A rightly-sized bedroom with a double-sized bed (1.4x2.1m) was made for added privacy. The living room has a single-sized sofa bed (0.96x1.6m) with a pullout single bed (0.91x1.54m). This is a "Do-It-Yourself" accommodation. We don't offer room service or housekeeping service. Basic cleaning and stay implements are provided for your use. You are expected to clean up after yourselves.
The host is a traveler who delights in discovering "accommodations that strike a balance between aesthetics, comfort, location and of course, price :) REGARDING CONFIRMED BOOKINGS 1. Please plan for a check-in time of 3:00 pm, we will not be responsible for early arrivals. Early check-in requests will be accommodated at an additional cost per hour, IF AVAILABLE. 2. Please be courteous enough to check out at 12nn maximum (unless late check out request is granted). We need ample time to prepare the unit properly for the next guests. 3. We hope you will adhere to our house rules. House rules and check in instructions will be sent a day before their stay.

It is easy to get to when commuting, and easy to travel around as lots of taxis and jeepneys ply the neighborhood. We are a stone's throw away from Baguio Cathedral and SM Baguio. Business travelers will be in a perfect location - government agencies, hospitals, schools/universities are within easy reach. Tourists will delight that several tourist spots are within walking distance from the property (such as Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park, Night Market, Baguio Public Market) and going to other attractions will not be difficult and stressful.
