This is in Looc, Lapu Lapu City. Strategically located about 5kms from the Mactan Cebu International Airport. It is one of the newest development in the island. The unit is in the 17th floor, has a floor area of 27sqm and a balcony. Relish the view of the Mactan Channel and the CCLEX (a major infrastructure project and will soon become a part of Cebu’s iconic landmarks) during your stay. Enjoy that homey feeling at Quayside featuring a queen size bed. The practical workspace offers a work desk and a chair. You'll feel right at home with your own flat screen android tv with cable channels and Netflix. Additional amenities for your convenience include inverter a/c, WiFi, an entertainment bluetooth speaker, karaoke, fridge, induction cooker, microwave oven, oven toaster, airfryer, hot & cold shower.

The neighborhood is fairly simple. Saekyung 956 has a basketball court, children's playground, barbecue area, swimming pool, common open parking space, 24 hour security. Neighbors are friendly and sociable.
