Having all the amenities the rooms though simple but elegant along with wooden flooring give a modern contemporary luxury and comfort. Wifi A flat screen TV with Netflix & cable (Living Area) Lush green backyard lawn Air Conditioning _ Heat & Cool Power back up(lights & fan only)& heat back up Basic crockery, water dispenser, electric kettle, microwave provided. Complementary provisions of tea & coffee with light snacks This place is situated in old city area yet save and secure, tastefully furnished bedrooms with attached baths and a shared large lounge/living area with private entrance and parking. The premises also has a shared green backyard lawn. No attach kitchen but basic crockery/cutlery and the amenities like water dispenser, electric kettle, microwave oven and toaster are available. Continental/Pakistani breakfast can be served on request in the dining room to be charged at the rate of Rs. 500/- per head to be paid in cash.( For breakfast please inform in advance) Guest access Lounge and Backyard lawn During your stay Guests can always msg/call for any assistance needed. Other things to note Max 3 guests are allowed in one room.
I am retired ,friendly, family man, would love to host travelers from different places and background.
This place is nearest to Hazara Motorway Exit (12-15 min drive) and only (5-7min drive)from Daewoo City Terminal (Fawara Chowk). Local Bazar including utility areas, banks, mosques are all within 10-15min walking radius. Hospitals, Malls and eateries 10-15min drive.
