It was very big space, specially balcony view. It was calm and serene place. U can relax by looking at nature and mountain View and greenery. Bed room was neat and cozy. And extra blankets and mattress was provided on request and no extra money was charged. Good WIFI connection was provided. TV lounge and kitchen was provided. We have made our breakfast over there. U can cook anything there. Utencils were there. Attendenat was all the time there . You can tell him to bring anything u want. In short that it was worthed to spend days over there in such a reasonable amount. However it is quite down the hills. We were very scared when we went down to this hotel but later it is worthed when u reach there and spend time. However washroom can be improved and plz put soap in the washroom.

Had a really good experience. The stay was comfortable, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was great. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and everything was handled smoothly. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend HSQ to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Murree. There are so many things to like from my personal experience. 1. First and foremost a big thanks to Sir Umer, he is a great host, his hospitality and responsiveness is rare to find anywhere. A well educated person who knows how to provide quality service to his guests. 2. Rooms were clean and hot water and wifi were available 3. Breakfast was good with a fantastic view on roof top 4. Mall road is on a walking distance from the hotel 5. Reasonable room rate

We stayed for two nights at PC Bhurban, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The room we were assigned had a noticeable, unpleasant odor. For a property of this reputation, the experience felt underwhelming and lacks any real significance or charm to justify the cost. The entire stay including the lunch and dinner menu is heavily overpriced for the quality provided.

The stay was very good overall.

The stay was very good overall. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The property is slightly outdated in some areas, but with a few improvements, it could be even better. The views, however, are absolutely exceptional and really made the stay special. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay again. What I didn’t like was seeing some intoxicated men in the lawn area with prostitutes, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially for families. They were also harassing families, which was very concerning. Otherwise, I would have easily rated this place 10 stars if this issue had not occurred.

Very bad service, rude and unprofessional staff. They purposefully deceive the guests by naming events like "Brazilian Barbque" on Fridays while there is nothing 'Brazilian' about it no Barbque.

i had to leave the hotel an hour after check in because he place was in such sorry state. not recommended for families at all. unsafe place with random men roaming around. anyone could come up to our apartment and take a look. absolutely sorry state of affairs. terrible experience. not recommended to anyone. Also, rude staff. used abusive language with me.

Location was away from traffic and busy areas which was good. But they were packed to capacity due to which they did not give attention as in the past. Further, they had a musical concert @ Rs.15000 per person and those who did not opt for it, had limited choice in dining because their restaurants were closed on night 13th/14th August.

Great Location!! Short drive from Murree Mall road and within walking distance of PC Bhurban and Chinar Golf Club. Beautiful surrounding and extremely helpful staff. The property was clean, decor was amazing, furniture was luxury and had all facilities like warm water, WiFi and Netflix as well. Also the property is gated and there are CCTV cameras outside along with guards making it perfect for families. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nothing actually as it was my 2nd visit to this hotel. And the management is extremely unhelpful. Basically they have charged me twice and they told me that one transaction will be reversed automatically in 24 hours and then they told me that it will be coming back in 48 hours and it’s my bank issue not theirs. Even though after being in contact with hotel’s front desk guy, there has been no help from PC Bhurban’s end.

Heaven Resort was exceptional and more then comfortable as I expected. I really appreciate the services they provided for my family. The overall stay fir my family was comfortable and relaxing. Service boy and cook both were very helpful all the time. I really recommend to others and my friends to try this beautiful resort for their upcoming trip to mountains close to Murree at Bhurban. Much appreciated.

The staff was cooperative, cleanliness was on point , it was comparatively affordable than other guest houses, room was wide they have lawn and play area for kids which made my trip more enjoyable, kids enjoyed while we sat there watching them enjoy in the dramatic weather of Bhurban
