Key collection and key return takes place at the Sun & Snow office at the following address: ul. Toruńska 15 / U11, 80-747 Gdańsk.
Check-in takes place at the local office, open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
Please provide your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance.
The parking space has a car height limit of 6.6 ft and a total ban on cars with LPG installations.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Aura II, Sun & Snow of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of 300 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
