Fully equipped, stylish apartments in a modern residential estate "Osiedle Esencja". All accommodation options include a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate - a perfect place to enjoy a city view with the morning coffee! Guests can use the fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine in the bathroom and TV in the living room. The kitchenettes are equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery. There is also Wi-Fi, which is completely free. For an easy begginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided. The Apartments have an Energy Performance Certificate. ATTENTION There is construction work going on in the vicinity of the building and therefore noise may occur. However, we hope that your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

Despite the busy street on which the property is located, the apartments are quiet and free from the hustle and bustle of the city. All the main tourist attractions are at your fingertips here! Poznan's Old Market Square is just a 10-minute leisurely stroll from the property, where there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes clubs and a museum. The location of the property great for afternoon, evening social outings or recreation. Citadel Park is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. There are huge green areas perfect for jogging, walking and cycling. There is also a playground for children. Near the property - the Old Port, which looks spectacular in the evenings. A Lidl supermarket is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation; a bakery and an Indian restaurant are a 4-minute walk away. The building also houses a resident's club with a pool table, TV and remote working space.
