Apartment 19/18 is on the first floor in the western part of building no.2. It is modern and furnished to a high standard. It is designed as a family apartment for a maximum of 4 people. It has one bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, hallway, large 10m² balcony with sea view on the right. From the living room and the bedroom you can enter the balcony. There are electrically operated external shutters on the balcony doors and windows. The bedroom has a double bed 180x200cm, bedside tables and night lamps, ceiling light and a built-in wardrobe with 2 sliding doors. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, 4-door hanging shelf with 43? TV. In the kitchenette there is a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a modern oven, an induction hob and a microwave. A built-in dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function is also included. A glass table and chairs for 4 people as well as crockery for cooking and serving complete the equipment. It is possible to prepare all meals yourself. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, washbasin with a shelf. The hall has a wardrobe for jackets, coats and shoes. Parking is free of charge in the underground car park on an associated parking space. The apartment on the 1st floor can be easily reached via an elevator. Pets are not allowed in the apartment!
