About Sopot: Sopot borders with Gdansk and Gdynia and is a small city with beautiful historic and also new modern architecture. Sopot is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in Poland and one of the most recognizable in Europe. This coastal town lays directly by the sea- the Gulf of Gdańsk- and thanks to the Hel Peninsula, the waters of Sopot's beaches are warmer than in other places on the Baltic Sea. The Art Nouveau villas surrounded by trees, historic parks and beautiful gardens give the city its unique character. Clean sandy beaches stretch over 4.5 km of the entire Sopot shore, along which you can find charming restaurants and cafes offering a unique atmosphere and excellent cuisine. Monte Cassino street is the most famous promenade in Poland called “Monciak”- closed for traffic, leads directly to the pier.
