The holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. An amazing asset is the 100 m² private garden, equipped with garden furniture - ideal for basking in the sun. Completely surrounded by greenery, the garden is separated from the noise of the neighbourhood, giving a sense of quiet privacy. The interiors of the flats are very functional and comfortable, fully equipped to meet every holiday need. Extensive kitchen and bathroom facilities ensure self-sufficiency, while multimedia - a TV and free Wi-Fi provide evening entertainment. In addition, guests travelling by car can park in a private space in the outdoor car park or in public parking spaces on the estate.

The flat is located on the estate "Trzy Żagle" in the district of Gdańsk Przymorze. A great location for those looking for a quieter area, less than 2 km from the beach and 800 m from the largest park in the Tri-City (Reagan Park). The park has many bicycle and jogging paths. It is an ideal location for families with children thanks to its numerous playgrounds. The surrounding area is bustling with café and restaurant life, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the local culinary scene. Numerous retail and service outlets cater for all daily needs - the nearest supermarket is just 650m from the building, and there is a grocery shop in the same building. The location is also an excellent base for exploring the Tricity, with a well-developed public transport network providing easy access to the centre of Gdańsk and Sopot. The Old Town can be reached by public transport in 45 minutes and Sopot in just 35 minutes.
