New apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly need and much more. Designed by an architect, with carefully selected furnishings and finishes. Fully equipped large kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven). Coffee, tea, water, etc. at guests' disposal. In addition, a private patio (over 30m2) is at the exclusive disposal of guests. Closed, guarded (CCTV), intimate property (remote controlled gate). Parking spaces always available. For cinema lovers, 55" TV with access to Netflix and DVBT channels. High speed internet connection (300 Mbps). Easy access to the city centre. For weary travellers, delicious chilled Prosecco. Self check-in and check-out. On special request, some basic shopping before arrival available (extra charge). Airport transfer on request (chargeable, free for stays over two weeks).
