There is a lake and a bicycle path next to the apartment building, which can take you to Mrzeżyno and Dźwirzyno. In the Baltica Heaven area there is an outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool, gym, playground. The entire facility is surrounded by a forest, which ensures peace, quiet and an ideal place for a walk and various types of physical activity.

First of all, the sensational location of the apartment, which is part of the Baltica Heaven residential complex, deserves attention. The seafront beach can be reached on foot in just five minutes.
