The one-bedroom apartment is located in an ideal location in the center of Gdynia on Soldiers of the 1st Polish Army Street in the Kamienna Gora neighborhood. The location, away from the traffic, is considered the most luxurious district of Gdynia. Close to the building is the lively Świętojańska Street, famous for its numerous restaurants and luxury stores. In close proximity one can find: City Theater (150 m), City Hall (300 m) and recreational and sports areas. It will take several minutes to walk to: the beach, the Gdynia Aquarium, the Yacht Basin, tennis courts or the Film School with its cinemas and cafes. Location in the center and walking distance from Gdynia's sandy beach, allow you to fully enjoy the proximity of the sea, as well as the atmosphere of the coastal city.
