Elegant apartments with a bedroom and a balcony or a terrace on a modern "Esencja" residetial estate. The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. They consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living area has access to a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The comfort of the stay is ensured by all quality appliances. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine and TV in the living room, as well as free Wi-Fi. For a good start to a pleasant stay, complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided on site. The property is tasteful, spacious and decorated in a beautiful modern style. The property has an assigned space in the underground parking (2 m high). In the "apartment" room it is possible to stay with pets for a fee of PLN 100 per stay. Im Zimmer "Appartement" ist es möglich, gegen eine Gebühr von 100 PLN pro Aufenthalt Haustiere mitzubringen. The property has a valid Energy Performance Certificate.

Despite the busy street where the building is located, the apartment is quiet and free from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the other hand, all major tourist attractions are at your fingertips here! Poznan's Old Market Square is just a 10-minute leisurely stroll from the property, where there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes clubs and a museum. The location of the property great for afternoon, evening social outings or recreation. Citadel Park is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. There are huge green areas perfect for jogging, walking and cycling. There is also a playground for children. In the vicinity of the property - the Old Port, which looks spectacular in the evenings. Next to the building itself, on Garbary Street, there are public transport stops, which provide a convenient connection with the Poznań Trade Fair Center on Rossevelta Street (10 minutes by bus).
