Modern 3-bedroom apartment, located 200 meters from the beach in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood (Brzeźno). Ideal for families with children or larger groups. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, and 43-inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms. High-speed internet and Netflix are available. There is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with a toilet. Amenities include a hairdryer, a potty, a child's toilet seat, and a step stool for the sink. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, an induction cooktop with pots and pans, and a generous supply of plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils. Additionally, there's an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, and broom. In the first bedroom, you'll find a comfortable bed (140cm wide) and the option to add a travel cot (available in the apartment), a 43-inch Smart TV, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a desk, a chair, and bedside lamps. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed (140cm wide), a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa bed (140cm wide with a dedicated mattress) and a 55-inch Smart TV. There is also an extendable dining table with chairs and a balcony.
