Beautiful stylish apartment in a historic part of Sopot. Kick back and relax in this peaceful beach condo where you can spend the holiday of your lifetime! The apartment is located on the second floor of a renovated historic building in the beachfront area of Sopot. The building is a walk-up so there is no elevator. You will have an open plan kitchen with a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer, a dining room with a table, a separate living room with a corner sofa and a TV as well as two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen bed and one with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The master bedroom also has a balcony opening to a peaceful backyard facing west for beautiful sunsets. You can park in the backyard, there is a remote to open the gate from the street. The entire space is yours to use except the office in the back, which will be locked. This is a self checkin using a code to access the building and to open the smart lock on the apartment door. The parking is in the backyard for residents only. It’s a tight space. If your car is longer than the standard 5 m, it will not fit and you will not be able to park! This is a small and private community of four apartments only and my neighbors appreciate their privacy. You will be expected to behave like a good neighbor, so no loud parties or gatherings, no outside guests, no staying on the terrace during late hours and keep your voice down to a minimum while walking up or down the stairs, during checkin or checkout. Checkout allowed between 8am and 8pm only. Checkin at 8pm maximum.
