Modern and newly renovated apartment with free parking and large terrace in a quiet neighborhood. At your exclusive disposal an apartment of about 55 sqm located on the second floor, consisting of a spacious living room combined with dining room and kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Living room: - sofa bed (when unfolded 140 × 200 cm), - closet for clothes, - TV, Terrace: - Sunny, large (6.5 × 2.5 m) with a view of the garden, - 4 sun loungers + 2 coffee tables available. Dining room: - perfect for family dinners and evenings with friends accompanied by good wine. Kitchen: - equipped with necessary kitchen accessories and utensils, - dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle. Bedroom: - comfortable double bed 160 × 200 cm - with the possibility of separating into 2 single beds (80 × 200 cm) - clean and fresh linen, - closet for clothes, - 2 bedside tables + reading lamps, Bathroom: - bathtub, - cabinet with washbasin, - toilet, Laundry room: - washer-dryer, - iron and ironing board available for rent (free of charge). The laundry room is located on the first floor and is shared with the adjacent apartment.
