The apartments are located in the new residential building at Opieńskiego Street in Poznań in a very convenient location in Piątkowo district, with easy access to the city center and close to green areas. The neighborhood has a fully developed infrastructure catering to all daily needs. Across the street from the building is a local shopping center with a Kaufland supermarket, and a second supermarket, Aldi, is a 3-minute walk away. There is also a number of restaurants and pizzerias nearby from which you can arrange food delivery. Nearby vast green areas in Morasko and Żurawiniec nature reserve are popular among joggers, and water sports enthusiasts can visit the municipal swimming pool located 500 m from the apartments. A huge advantage of this location is the convenience of access to other districts of Poznan: right next to the building is a bus stop, and in 5 minutes’ walk you can get to the stop of Poznan fast streetcar (PST), which reaches the city center in 10-15 minutes. The drive to the airport takes about 20 minutes by car.
