I have to offer a comfortable and spacious apartment (47m2) in the center of Gdańsk with, in a new building with 24/7 security & monitoring and private parking. It consists of a bedroom (a large bed 160 cm wide, a wardrobe and a desk), a living room (a corner with a sleeping area of 140 cm wide), an open kitchen, a bathroom. and a large balcony. The apartment is very well equipped (oven, microwave, hob, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, iron, kettle, dishes, kitchen utensils and TV) and will be perfect for a weekend, holiday or business trip. An additional advantage is many TV channels and fast internet. The building itself is a very elegant apartment building, with a wide hall, an elevator, and stairs without barriers.
I like to travel, that's why I try to have the apartment as equipped as I would like it to be. With the comfort and convenience of my guests in mind, I constantly supplement and add something.
Wyspa Spichrzów is a neighborhood of elegant apartment buildings, with a number of cafes and restaurants. The Motława River also offers attractions such as canoeing and fishing. It is only a few hundred meters to the Long Market, the Green Gate or the Neptune Fountain. Nearby (approx. 500 m) there are tram and SKM stops, from where you can conveniently move around the entire Tri-City. The price includes a private space in the garage, which is a big advantage in the city center.
