This is an ideal place for families or groups of friends (4 to 6 people) who value comfort and proximity to the sea. The apartments are ideally located, close to the beach and the center of Gdynia. Upon entering the apartment, guests have access to a spacious living room with a kitchenette. It has been arranged with attention to detail, making it not only stylish but also functional. A comfortable fold-out sofa (140x200 cm) provides restful sleep for two people, while the Smart TV offers evening entertainment after a day full of experiences. Carefully selected textiles and lighting add to the cozy atmosphere. In one of the apartments, the living room has access to a balcony – an ideal spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation to the sound of the seaside breeze. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances: a refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and extractor hood. Guests will also find an electric kettle, as well as the necessary dishes and kitchen accessories to prepare their favorite meals. A washing machine is also available. In the first apartment, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm), ensuring a good night’s rest after a day of activities. In the second apartment, two separate bedrooms have been prepared – one with a double bed and the other with a fold-out sofa for two people. Each apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The properties are pet-friendly, so you don’t need to leave your companion at home. A parking space is assigned to each apartment. The area is well connected with the rest of the city, with numerous bus stops nearby. Grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés are also within easy reach. Just a thirteen-minute walk away lies the city beach, an ideal place to relax. For parents traveling with children, a significant advantage of the building is the playroom available on site. Within a short distance, you will also find the Danuta Baduszkowa Musical Theatre, offering a rich repertoire of spectacular performances for lovers of cultural experiences. The neighborhood is friendly to both families and active individuals, with numerous cycling paths and green areas close by. Each apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (width: 125 cm), and bicycle racks are available next to the building.
