They are an excellent alternative to expensive and overcrowded hotels, guaranteeing peace, quiet and an intimate atmosphere, as well as, most importantly, independence and space.

Patio Mare apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. It has a 2-person bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The bed in the bedroom can be made into twins on request. Two more people can sleep comfortably on the fold-out sofa in the living room. The living area of ​​the apartment is additionally equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave and a TCHIBO capsule coffee machine. The kitchen also has full tableware. A great advantage of the apartment is an atmospheric balcony surrounded by greenery. You can spend a nice time there with a glass of wine on warm summer evenings. Guests will also appreciate high-speed wireless Internet and digital cable TV. The building has an elevator and 24/7 security with monitoring. On the property, guests can park their car safely and for free. However, the number of places is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The "first come, first served" principle applies.

The apartment is located in an elegant, monitored tenement house in the heart of Sopot. The famous promenade in Sopot - Ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino, approx. 300 m from the apartment. Within a few minutes walk there are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as shops, a cinema and an art gallery. Equally close to the beach and the pier. There is a pharmacy and a dentist on the ground floor of the building, and a clinic across the street where guests can go in search of emergency medical care.
