Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new apartment building with an elevator at ul. Konopnicka in Kołobrzeg. Just 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is cozy and modernly furnished. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a large double bed. The bathroom has a large shower. Large balcony with a view of the greenery. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept pets in this house!

The apartment is located in the spa district of Kołobrzeg. On the other side of the street - just 100 m - there is the Seaside Park and the R10 bicycle path, which is part of the Hanseatic Seaside Trail.
