The stylish apartment, decorated in pleasant, bright colours will happily accommodate 5 people. Its area is 49 m² and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The apartment will be an excellent place to stay during a stay in Gdansk with family or friends. The décor is designed in colours conducive to relaxation and creates a truly homely atmosphere. There is a modern TV and WIFI internet access to keep you entertained for long evenings. A double sofa bed, table and chairs and TV are available in the living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a single fold-out armchair and bedding for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils required for preparing meals. It includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and other amenities. The cosy bathroom has a shower, washing machine and towels. The furnished balcony will allow you to start a new day well with a cup of your favourite aromatic coffee. In addition, there is a washer-dryer in the flat, which will be indispensable during any stay. For guests travelling by car, the parking space provided is an undoubted advantage.

The modern and comfortable building is located in the beautiful estate "Przystań Letnica" on Starowiejska Street in Gdańsk. The estate combines the proximity of the Gulf of Gdansk, a sandy beach and green areas with modern architecture. The estate features recreational paths, relaxation zones with ponds and streams, a children's playground and a place to park bicycles. In the nearest surroundings you can find a multitude of service points and grocery shops - Żabka shop is 280 m away. The neighbourhood also offers a restaurant (Poszarpani 120 m) and cafés (PAULO Gelateria Letnica 110 m). The convenient location and easy access to the centre make it an attractive place for those who appreciate the charm of the seaside and unlimited access to city entertainment. Not far from the flat is the Polsat Plus Arena stadium and the AmberExpo Exhibition and Convention Centre, which allows participation in many cultural, entertainment and sporting events. The surrounding area is also characterised by a well-developed road infrastructure, so that access by car to the city centre and the Oliwa business centre takes just 20 minutes. The beautiful Brzeźno beach and the park next to it are located just 1.5 km from the building, so it is worth taking a morning walk here.
