This spacious and traditional House is located in Central Poland just one minute away from the Gdansk-Warsaw-Katowice motorway and perfectly suited for tourists or business travellers. Consist of: -Spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa bed, dining table for 8, and storage solutions including TV shelves and a wardrobe. It also includes a TV with complimentary access to Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime Video. -Bedroom 1 with Sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, table and wardrobe -Bedroom 2 with Sofa-bed, armchairs, table, wardrobe as workstation (computer not included) -For groups bigger than 6 people, we will set an extra single bed in bedrooms or in the living room due to this we need you to let us know minimum 6 hours prior to your checking time. Please consider that rooms are spacious but there is only one small bathroom for the whole house. -Spacious kitchen with dining area with dining table for 3 -1 bathroom, though small and simple, is completely functional -Entrance hall -Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). The private parking on the property is located just past the driveway. This area, which is also part of the garden, can accommodate up to three vehicles. It’s important to note that the narrowest part of the driveway entrance is 2.65 meters wide, which may be too narrow for some vehicles. The gate is manually operated, and we suggest keeping it always closed. We appreciate your understanding. Located one hour away from airports in Warsaw and Łódź, 5 minutes from the railway station; with nice bike paths to Spała and Sulejowski Lake Bus number 6 takes you direct from our street to Arena Lodowa. You can park your bicycles at the parking area. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request the person who made the booking to provide beforehand the full names and surnames of all guests who will be staying in the house 🚫 Smoking and throwing parties are strictly prohibited at the property. 🚪 Visitors are not allowed
