Fully equipped, modern apartments on Kotsis Street. The living space of the apartments includes - living rooms with kitchenette and balcony access, separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The finishing of the apartments with attention to detail, made in attractive colors will satisfy the aesthetic sense of travelers. The space of the facilities is functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. Amenities include multimedia equipment (flat-screen TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi access), kitchen and bathroom facilities (washing machine, hair dryer). To facilitate the start of each stay, complimentary toiletries, towels and linens await guests. The apartment comes with a private parking space in the underground garage.

Neighborhood info

Beautiful apartments are located on Kotsis Street in a prime location in the Praga-North district. The apartments are part of the new residential development "Home Factory". The location in the immediate vicinity of Jagiellońska street, between two crossings - Gdanski Bridge and Grot-Rowecki Bridge, provides excellent mobility. A great advantage of the estate is the quick connection with the city center thanks to the streetcar line, whose stop is a 5-minute walk away. The nearest subway station can be reached by streetcar in just 12 minutes. The estate is not only well connected to the city center, but also provides the maximum level of comfort in the immediate vicinity. A grocery store located on the first floor of the building allows guests to do their daily shopping right on their doorstep. The surrounding recreational areas ideal for jogging - green spaces along the Vistula River included in the "Natura 2000" program. - provide respite from the urban atmosphere. The apartment is also right next to the Warsaw Praga train station, and it takes about half an hour to get to the airport by car.
