This one-bedroom apartment is situated on a high ground floor and consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom. The living room offers a stunning view of Palenica, and across its entire width, there is a balcony of approximately 7 m². The property is located in the Jaszowiec district, a beautiful green area right next to the trail leading to Równica. The apartment is tastefully arranged and suitable for up to 4 people. It is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the spacious living room includes a sofa bed, a smart TV with free access to Amazon Prime, Canal+ and high-speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee machine (Espresso), and all essential accessories. The bathroom features a shower cabin and a hairdryer. The apartment includes a parking space conveniently located right by the entrance, as well as a private storage room for safely storing bicycles or skis.

It’s also worth mentioning the building where our apartment is located. The "Barbara" Holiday House in Ustroń-Jaszowiec is a property with a rich history dating back to the communist era in Poland. Nestled in the picturesque Jaszowiec Valley on the slopes of Mount Równica, it was part of an innovative vacation complex designed in the 1960s by a team of architects led by Jerzy Winnicki. This project was the first attempt in Poland to create a holiday estate in a mountainous landscape, complete with its own shopping and service center as well as a health center. During its heyday, "Barbara" was considered one of the most luxurious resorts in Jaszowiec, attracting numerous vacationers from all over the country. In recent years, "Barbara" underwent a complete renovation, which was completed in the second quarter of 2022. A private investor transformed the building into an apartment complex. Today, the property consists of 103 units, all offering breathtaking views of the mountains.
