I like giving my guests space, yet I’m always available via text or call. Most of the time self check-in is provided since I am often out of the country. In some cases I (or a representative) will be greeting my guests personally. Please make sure to let me know at what time you will be checking in and follow through, since the information is valuable for scheduling purposes. I understand things happen but please communicate with me if you are unable to check-in at the indicated time.

Property info

My place is a modern apartment located downtown Mayagüez. There's a pharmacy right at the corner and a supermarket on the other; gas stations, small shops and bars at walking distance. It has its own gated, private parking that fits about 5-8 cars. It is very open, modern, with a lot of natural light. It has A/C in all rooms. Please read entire listing and rules.

Neighborhood info

My place is located downtown and is walking distance to pharmacies, supermarket, bars, convenience stores, gas stations, police station, fire station, the Fine Arts School and concert hall, and the government center. Our recommendation to get around is either rent a car, or use Uber. Taxis are not that reliable. I am also able to recommend a private driver if interested.
