A 2-minute walk takes you to Ocean Park Beach.
The property itself is surrounded by plants and trees, and this has the effect of turning it into a small oasis for birds and a multitude of coquís, a small tree frog almost invisible to the eye (it is the size of a fingernail). The plants and trees help isolate any city noises, and the songs of the birds during the day and the coquís at night make you feel like you are in the countryside.
Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
