About this property
Located in what once was a picturesque fishing village, Al Sultan is a beach resort resembling a Bedouin fortress. It overlooks it's private beach on the Arabian Gulf and features an outdoor pool. Rooms and suites at Tio Sea Resort are laid out around the main swimming pool and the waterfront corniche. They are all equipped with satellite TV channels, air conditioning and private bathrooms. Please note that marriage certificates and personal ID must be presented upon check-in. As per the local law, females under 30 years are to be accompanied by an adult. As per the local law, Qatari nationals under 18 years are not permitted to book their own stay. Kindly note that Bokhour, cooking, and shisha are not allowed inside the rooms & suites. Please note that the room rate does not include supplements which are paid separately upon check-out. No visitors allowed to stay inside the accommodations unless registered at the front desk and subject to charge. Guest are required to provide their birthdate, ID number or passport and their country upon reservation.

A damage deposit of QAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
