Lovely mountain studio A warm space to come back after a day on the mountains, like a cocoon to blend in. Azuga rivers passes almost under the window and if you follow it's path you will find a trout hatchery. Near by a nice restaurant where you may find hunting dishes, sometimes. The slopes are 900m away, as well as the forest. In warmer seasons, between the trees you may find mushrooms, some good, some not. Hopefully the lady who takes care of the apartment can provide the best assistance.

The slopes are less then 900m away, as well as the forest. The train station is 1km away. Shops are at 300m. Busteni is just 6km away with it's wonderful Canacuzino castle, that you may visit and enjoy a painting exhibition (Dali, Chagall, Picasso, Van Gogh were displayed untill now) or have a nice lunch on it's terrace with breathtaking views. By cable you may get to Babele, a high energy mountain pick and tracking you may arrive the the Caraiman Cross. Commissioned by Queen Mary of Romania for the heroes of the First World War, it was designated by the Guinness Book as the highest cross in the world on a mountain peak - 2291m. The Peles castle, Royal family castle, a real architectural gem in Sinaia is just 20km away and 20 min by train. The Bran castle, know as Dracula castle from movies and Rasnov Fortress are 20km away. If you like hiking you ahve a lot of itineraries in Azuga, Predeal, Busteni, Sinaia and Poiana Brasov, as well as if you enjoy skying.
