Great studio situated 10 minutes walk from the city center. Whether on a short-term visit, a family holiday, a romantic runaway, or a business trip, you are welcome to my beautiful and charming place in Timisoara. The studio was renovated and it is fully equipped. All the furniture is custom-made. The sleeping and living area has a very modern look. The main king-size bed is suspended giving you a lot of space for daily activities. The access on the main bed is made over wide wooden and metal stairs in complete safety. The living/sleeping area also has a sofa that can be turned into a one-person bed. Space has an LCD TV, drawers, free access to a Netflix account, and storage places. You can also chill using the two bean bags when you read a book or some magazines and you also can play a card or a board game. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a modern electric stove, a microwave oven, a clothes washing machine, and a refrigerator. You can find there all you need to prepare a quick meal. The bathroom is clean and spacious. On request, for an extra fee, we can add an extra bed and accommodate up to 4 people.

The area was settled initially by Romanians and was known as „Maierele Vechi” or „Maierele Românești”. At that time, it was more like a small village built around a wooden church, with scattered houses, orchards, and vegetable gardens. In the late 19th century, the area was transformed by the construction of dozens of buildings, many of which were built in the style of the 1900s. Today, Elisabetin is a unique urban landscape that is home to a large number of historic buildings. The streets are paved with cubic stone, and parks and tram lines are on narrow roads. One of the most important features of the neighborhood is the presence of several university areas. The faculties of the city are located here, along with student dormitories, canteens, laboratories, and sports complexes.
